24 Hour Workout Challenge

Eligibility: 1.1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to take part in the "Heaven's Workout Contest." 1.2. Participants must be in good physical condition and able to engage in strenuous physical activities for an extended duration of 24 hours.

Contest Format: 2.1. The "Heaven's Workout Contest" takes place every Saturday and Sunday in Frederick, MD;

The contest involves completing a literal 24-hour workout alongside 10-20 other contestants. 2.3. Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers throughout the duration of the contest. 2.4. The last participant standing at the end of the 24-hour workout will be declared the winner. If there are multiple participants still participating, the contest will be decided by a drew of a a. push up challenge b. Plank challenge, 3. jumping jack challenge, and a treadmill challenge, until each subsequent remaining player is eliminated, and one is left.

Prize and Film Documentary: 3.1. The winner of the contest will receive a cash prize of $500. 3.2. In addition to the cash prize, the winner will also receive 50% of the profits generated from the film documentary created during the contest. 3.3. The film documentary will capture the highlights and experiences of the participants during the contest. By participating, you agree to be filmed and potentially featured in the documentary.

Assumption of Risk: 4.1. Participation in the "Heaven's Workout Contest" involves inherent risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fatigue, and other injuries. 4.2. By participating in the contest, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that SMS Novel Film Studio and its organizers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.

Health and Medical Considerations: 5.1. It is strongly recommended that participants consult with a medical professional before taking part in the contest, particularly if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about their fitness level. 5.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of engaging in the 24-hour workout and should listen to their bodies and exercise caution throughout the event.

Release and Waiver of Liability: 6.1. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the "Heaven's Workout Contest," you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SMS Novel Interactive, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you during the contest. 6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heaven's Workout, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the contest.

Photography and Videography: 7.1. During the contest, photographs, videos, or other media may be captured by SMS Novel and its representatives. 7.2. By participating in the contest, you grant SMS Novel the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, or display your name, likeness, voice, and any media captured during the event for promotional, advertising, or other purposes without compensation or notification.
