With our talented team of writers, directors, and filmmakers, we will bring your life via a one-hour film with 8 actors.
 
This 90-minute film option allows us to work with you to create a film based on your life testimony. We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your financial needs. Join us on location to witness the film shoot, and within weeks, your edited film will be released. Earn royalties of $5 per copy sold and let your story touch the hearts of families and friends. Don't miss this opportunity to make an impact with your faith. 
 
The 60-90 minute film includes the following:
1. Twelve main actors.
2. Shooting in a maximum of 15 local locations.
3. Editing and producing within 30 days.
4. Releasing for Sale on SMSNovel.com.
5. Pre-order placement.
6. Same-day royalty payout for each sale of 5$ per sale.
7. Published to Youtube and Amazon Prime.
 
HOW CROWDFUNDING WORKS
The Crowdfunding option allows us to work with you to run a successful social media over 7 days, to allow your friends, family, and followers to contribute as little as 10$ to your goal. With each donation, we will list the amount on the support page and notify you as you get closer to reaching your goals. If you don't make the goal amount in 7 days, you are able to pay any balance due to get started on your project.

  • Terms of Agreement for SmsNovel.com:

    Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by SmsNovel.com. By visiting the website and participating in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    Faith-Based Story Submission: 1.1. By submitting your faith-based story or part of your life to SmsNovel.com, you grant us the right to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content for the purpose of creating a movie. 1.2. You represent and warrant that the submitted content is your original work, and you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant us the aforementioned rights.

    Movie Script Sample: 2.1. Upon submission of your story, SmsNovel.com will provide you with a free sample of the movie script based on your story. 2.2. You acknowledge that the script sample provided is a demonstration of our writing style and approach, and it may not represent the final script.

    Approval and Service Sign-up: 3.1. You have the right to review and approve the script sample provided by SmsNovel.com. 3.2. If you choose to proceed with our services. 3.3. By signing up for our services, you confirm your agreement to engage SmsNovel.com for the production of a movie based on your life story.

    Pre-Order and Shooting: 4.1. After script approval and service sign-up, SmsNovel.com will place the movie out for pre-order, targeting families and friends. 4.2. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate shooting dates, subject to availability and agreement with SmsNovel.com. 4.3. You have the option to meet us in person on location to view the film shoot, subject to mutual agreement.

    Film Release and Royalties: 5.1. Once the film is edited, it will be released two weeks later. 5.2. SmsNovel.com will sell copies of the film, and you will receive $5 per copy sold as a royalty. 5.3. Royalties will be paid to you within a reasonable period after the release, subject to any applicable tax regulations and deductions.

    Intellectual Property Rights: 7.1. SmsNovel.com retains all intellectual property rights in the movie, including but not limited to the script, screenplay, and final film production. 7.2. You understand and agree that the movie produced based on your story will be the intellectual property of SmsNovel.com, and you will not have any claim to ownership or control over it.

    Termination: 8.1. SmsNovel.com reserves the right to terminate its services and discontinue the movie production for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of terms, or any other violation of this agreement. 8.2. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation, and SmsNovel.com will retain all rights to the content produced up to the time of film shooting.

     

    CROWD-FUNDING TERMS

    • Support Video Submission: As an actor, you are required to submit a 2-minute support video to SMSNovel. This video will be edited by SMSNovel to create a video banner to promote the campaign. By submitting the video, you grant SMSNovel the right to use and distribute it for promotional purposes related to the campaign.

    • Campaign Promotion: Upon receiving the edited video banner, you are responsible for sharing the campaign via email and your social media platforms. This includes promoting the campaign and encouraging others to contribute to your support amount.

    • Film Profile Page: SMSNovel will create an actor profile page where users can directly donate funds towards achieving your full support amount. You will have access to view each donation, including the donor's name and the amount contributed. The profile page will also display the remaining amount needed to reach the full support goal.

    • Admission to Full Production: Once the full support amount is achieved, you will be admitted into full production of your desired project. This includes participation in the film according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

    •  

    • Opportunity to Pay Balance: If the full support amount is not reached within 7 days of the campaign's duration, you have the opportunity to pay any remaining balance to begin production. This payment is non-refundable and signifies your commitment to move forward with the project.

    • No Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be provided, even if the full support amount is not achieved. Once contributions are made, they will be considered final and non-refundable.

    • Modification and Termination: SMSNovel reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of termination, SMSNovel will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by the actor or supporters.

    • Compliance with Laws: All participants in the campaign must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal or fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal consequences.

    • Liability: SMSNovel will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by the actor or supporters during the campaign or production process.

    • Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared during the campaign or production process should be treated as such. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

    By participating in the SMS Novel Actor Support Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
