SMS Novel Film Stocks - Terms of Agreement

• Investment Scope: By purchasing film stocks through SMS Novel Film Stocks, you agree to acquire a 1% stake in the profits of the chosen film project. To update your percentage amount, update the quantity at checkout.

• Investment Amount: The investment amount for each film stock is $24.99, entitling you to 1% of the net profits generated by the respective film.

• Film Selection: You have the freedom to select the film project you wish to invest in from our provided catalog. Once the investment is made, it cannot be transferred to another film.

• Refund Policy: If the film you have invested in is not completed within a period of 75 days from the date of your investment, you will be eligible for a full refund of the investment amount.

• Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, you must contact SMS Novel Film Stocks via email or through our customer support within 30 days after the expiration of the 24-month period mentioned in point 4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the refund request.

• Film Profit Distribution: Once the film is completed and begins generating profits, you will receive your share of the net profits according to your % stake in the film. Payments are made monthly electronically from all sales from SMSNovel.com, Amazon Prime, and Youtube.

• Profit Payment: Profit payments will be made quarterly, starting from the date of the film's release. The distribution of profits will be based on the film's net profits after deducting all production, distribution, and marketing costs.

• Profit Calculation: The profit attributed to each film stockholder will be calculated as follows:

  • Net Profit per Film Stock = ($ 24,423 Total Net Profits from the Film in Year 1/ Total Number of Film Stocks Sold) * $244.23 annual return for year one.

• Taxes and Withholdings: Any applicable taxes or withholdings required by law will be deducted from the profit distribution before payment.

• No Guarantee of Returns: Investment in film stocks carries inherent risks, and SMS Novel Film Stocks does not guarantee any specific returns or profits. The success of the film and the subsequent profits are dependent on various factors, including but not limited to box office performance, distribution deals, and audience reception.

• Project Abandonment: In the rare event that a film project is abandoned before completion, all investors will be notified promptly, and refund options will be provided as per the refund policy stated in point 4.

• Updates and Communication: SMS Novel Film Stocks will provide periodic updates on the progress of the film projects through email or our platform. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Intellectual Property: As an investor, you understand and agree that you have no rights to the intellectual property associated with the film, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and distribution rights.

• Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing film stocks through SMS Novel Film Stocks, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

• Amendment of Terms: SMS Novel Film Stocks reserves the right to modify these terms of the agreement at any time. In such cases, updated terms will be made available on our platform, and the changes will become effective for all future investments.
