  • SMS Audio Books Terms of Agreement

    • Scope of Services: SMS Audio Books (“Service Provider”) agrees to provide professional voice over services to the Client, as described in the product description, in exchange for the payment of $129.99 per hour of recorded audio. The Service Provider will deliver the final recording within 20 days of purchase.

    • Refund Policy: The Client may request a full refund within the first 5 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the services provided by the Service Provider. Refunds requested after the 5-day period will not be honored.

    • Ownership of Recording: SMS Novel acknowledges that the final recording is the exclusive property of the client and may be used for sales, future promotions, demonstrations or portfolio purposes. 

    • Confidentiality: The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s content and will not disclose or share any information with third parties without the Client’s written consent.

    By purchasing the services provided by SMS Audio Books, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
