If you purchase one of our unreleased books, we guarantee that you will hit the peak Amazon monthly royalty within 12 months of the book's release date. If, for any reason, you do not achieve this milestone, we will buy the book back from you at the purchase price.
To be eligible for this guarantee, you must have an Amazon KDP account in good standing for at least 12 months, and you must submit monthly sales reports to us for one year. By providing these reports, we can work with you to monitor sales and identify any potential issues that may prevent you from hitting the peak Amazon monthly royalty.

  • Book Purchase Auction Bid Terms of Agreement

    Welcome to our book purchase auction. Please read these terms of agreement carefully before placing your bid. All losing bids will be returned within 24 hours of losing. The final bid deadline is 8 pm PT. All highest bidders will be awarded an electronic copy, nft token, and audiobook copy 24 hours within winning bid. 

    • Bidding: By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the book for the amount of your bid.

    • Winning Bid: The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner of the book. The winning bid will be final and binding.

    • Payment: The winning bidder must make payment for the full amount of their bid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment must be made by the payment method specified in the auction.

    • Ownership: Upon receipt of payment, the winning bidder will receive full ownership rights to the book, including all copyrights and the right to republish the book.

    • Delivery: The book will be delivered to the winning bidder in electronic format (PDF, epub, or mobi) within 48 hours of payment.

    • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Only losing bids will be refunded within 24-hours.

    • Legal Disclaimer: The winning bidder assumes all legal responsibilities for the use of the book, including any copyrights or other legal issues.
