    • Ebook Pricing: The ebook version of the author's work will be priced at $13.99.

    • Paperback Pricing: The paperback version of the author's work will be priced at $21.99.

    • Royalties: The author will receive a royalty of $7 per book sale on a weekly basis.

    • Payment Terms: Payments for royalties will be made on a weekly basis, as per the agreed rate.

    • Intellectual Property: The author retains all rights to the content of the book.

    • Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

    • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration.

    • Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publishing services are provided.
